We provide economy express shipping* for all orders world-wide; all our orders are shipped with insurance, to the address provided by our customers.
Orders will be processed 2-4 business days upon payment and are shipped via GLS Hungary Ltd. In Hungary and via TNT Express Hungary Ltd outside of Hungary.
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country, which are payable to the courier upon receiving the goods.
Please note that we do not work on holidays and that our current SYRINX bag is a hand-made, custom bag, therefore the production and world-wide shipment all together may take up to 4-6 weeks from your purchase for this item. We will inform you personally through e-mail about the estimated time of arrival after your order has been placed.
We regret that we cannot take any responsibility for lost or stolen merchandise, incurred upon shipping as well as for items delivered to an incorrect shipping address.

Should you be unsatisfied with any of our products, you may return or exchange them, in case they are unused and undamaged. Covering return postage costs are a responsibility of our customers, any return package must include all original receipts, tags, accompanying packaging alongside the originally purchased item.
Return merchandise must be dispatched within 14 calendar days, products sent back for exchange must be dispatched within 30 calendar days from the date on which it was delivered to you. If items are returned within these timeframes, we will exchange it or offer a refund based on the original payment method.
Please note that although the refund covers the costs of the performance of the contract (including the packaging and shipment costs in case they are incorporated within the original price of the purchased item), we do not refund any other shipment costs.
Please note that we are unable to take any responsibilities for any lost or stolen merchandise incurred upon return shipping. Shipping and insurance costs must be covered by the customer and are non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days. We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet our return policies.

Repairs are offered for up to 6 months on our SYRINX bag upon a defective merchandise. After the above 6 months period it must be proven that the defect detected already existed upon purchase. The above rights expire in 2 years from the date of purchase.
